And here are the people moves we've tracked during the week of September 08 to September 12.

Mitel names Mike Robinson as CEO: Mitel has appointed Mike Robinson as chief executive officer. Robinson brings more than three decades of leadership in telecom, infrastructure, and enterprise services, including CEO and board roles at Sungard Availability Solutions and Everstream Solutions. At Mitel, he will lead the company’s next phase of hybrid communications transformation, focusing on post-restructuring growth, financial discipline, and long-term customer value.

Intel names Kevork Kechichian as Data Center chief: Intel has appointed former Arm executive Kevork Kechichian as executive vice president and general manager of its Data Center Group. Kechichian, who previously held senior roles at Arm, NXP Semiconductors, and Qualcomm, and will focus on driving growth in the CPU business as part of CEO Lip-Bu Tan’s reorganization of the group.

Binary Defense names Dennis Hon as CEO: Binary Defense has appointed Dennis Hon as chief executive officer. Hon, formerly CRO at Red Canary, also held senior roles at Okta and Oracle, where he scaled high-growth sales organizations. At Binary Defense, he will lead a channel-first go-to-market push while advancing the company’s AI-driven SOC automation strategy, aimed at accelerating detection, sharpening investigations, and strengthening customer defenses.

AppViewX names Troy Dankworth as channel chief: AppViewX has appointed Troy Dankworth as vice president of global channels and partnerships. Dankworth joins from Keyfactor, where he led channel strategy, and previously held leadership roles at SolarWinds, Snow Software, and NetApp. At AppViewX, he will focus on expanding the global partner ecosystem and scaling certificate lifecycle management and PKI-as-a-service offerings, with a particular emphasis on helping service providers address shorter TLS certificate lifecycles and emerging quantum risks.

Kaseya names new CRO and CTO: Kaseya has appointed Anthony Anzevino as chief revenue officer and Pratik Wadher as chief technology officer. Anzevino, who previously held senior go-to-market roles at Commvault, Veeam, and AWS, will focus on aligning sales and customer success to drive growth. Wadher, a veteran of Intuit, Applatix, and Data Domain, will lead advancement of Kaseya’s unified AI-first platform, bringing together more than 40 products to deliver automation, security, and self-healing IT operations for MSPs and SMBs.

Guardz names Lital Parush-David as CHRO: Guardz has appointed Lital Parush-David as chief human resources officer to lead its global people strategy. Parush-David brings more than 15 years of HR and operational leadership experience from roles at Amdocs, Papaya, and Perimeter81. At Guardz, she will focus on scaling the organization, driving HR transformation, and supporting the company’s global workforce as it expands its AI-native cybersecurity platform for MSPs and SMBs.

Push Security names Mark Orlando as Field CTO: Push Security has appointed veteran cybersecurity leader and SANS instructor Mark Orlando as field chief technology officer. Orlando brings more than two decades of experience leading security operations at the Pentagon, the White House, the Department of Energy, and Fortune 500 enterprises. At Push, he will guide strategy and product innovation as the company expands its browser-based detection and response platform, aiming to help defenders secure the browser as the new frontline for attacks.

VAST Data names Jonsi Stefansson as GM of Cloud Solutions: VAST Data has appointed Jonsi Stefansson as general manager of cloud solutions to lead its hyperscale cloud strategy. Stefansson, founder and CEO of Red Stapler, brings decades of experience building partnerships with infrastructure providers and hyperscalers to deliver large-scale cloud services.

Saviynt names Kelly Allbright as global VP of business development: Saviynt has appointed channel veteran Kelly Allbright as global vice president of business development. Allbright joins from Wiz, where she served as Americas channel head, and previously held senior roles at Palo Alto Networks, DXC Technology, and Cognizant.
