And here are the people moves we've tracked during the week of August 10 - August 14.


C3 appoints Boryana Borisova as vice president of product: C3 has named Boryana Borisova vice president of product to lead strategy, roadmap and market direction across its CMMC-focused product portfolio, including C3 Command and C3 Catalyst. Borisova joins with six years of experience in the CMMC ecosystem and previously held technology leadership roles at BDO Public Sector, where she worked across cloud operations, cybersecurity compliance and CMMC implementation.

Tricentis appoints Erika Dean as chief information security officer: Tricentis has named Erika Dean CISO to lead the company’s global security strategy, governance, risk and compliance programs. Dean brings more than 20 years of cybersecurity and technology leadership experience and joins Tricentis as the software testing company expands its use of AI and cloud-based services.

C1 appoints Jeff St. Clair as chief revenue officer: C1 has named Jeff St. Clair chief revenue officer to lead its global go-to-market organization as the identity security company expands around enterprise AI adoption. St. Clair most recently served as CRO at Halcyon and Automox and previously led worldwide sales at Evident.io through its acquisition by Palo Alto Networks.

Auvik appoints Daniel Ochoa as chief revenue officer: Auvik has promoted Daniel Ochoa to chief revenue officer to oversee its global revenue organization, strengthen channel partnerships and expand its presence in North America and international markets. Ochoa joined Auvik in June 2025 and previously served as CRO at Automox after nearly 12 years in sales leadership roles at SolarWinds.

Terra Security appoints James Cook as vice president of global sales: Terra Security has named James Cook vice president of global sales as the company plans to double its sales organization by year-end and expand into EMEA. Cook brings more than 20 years of cybersecurity experience, including more than a decade in offensive security, and will focus on scaling sales as Terra expands its agentic offensive security platform beyond North America.

Align appoints Noel Kilcooley as chief technology officer: Align has named Noel Kilcooley CTO to lead the company’s technology strategy and support growth across its managed IT, cybersecurity and cloud services business. Kilcooley brings more than 25 years of technology leadership experience and previously held senior roles at Coretelligent and Thrive.

Cowboy Space appoints John Sarkis as global head of sales: Cowboy Space has named John Sarkis global head of sales to lead its worldwide data center sales strategy and commercial expansion. Sarkis joins from Oracle, where he held sales leadership roles across cloud infrastructure, AI, database and SaaS, and previously worked at NTT and Digital Realty.

Advanced IT appoints Janet McKinnerney as chief financial officer: Advanced IT has named Janet McKinnerney CFO to lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management and regulatory compliance as the government and defense technology provider grows its business. McKinnerney brings more than 30 years of finance experience and most recently served as group controller at Coherent Corp., with earlier roles at Alight Solutions, Cobham Mission Systems, Sypris Electronics and Honeywell Aerospace.

Guardian Cyber promotes Pamela Roman to vice president of marketing: Guardian Cyber has promoted Pamela Roman to vice president of marketing as the cybersecurity service provider looks to expand its business. Roman brings more than 20 years of experience in demand generation, brand management and public relations and will help lead marketing strategy as Guardian grows its proactive and predictive cybersecurity services.
