Hack The Box appoints Konstantinos Dolkas as CTO and promotes Christine Bartlett to CMO: Hack The Box has named Konstantinos Dolkas chief technology officer and promoted Christine Bartlett to chief marketing officer as the company expands its cyber readiness platform across enterprise, government and MSSP markets. Dolkas, previously CTO at OWNR Deutschland, will lead engineering, platform architecture and product delivery. Bartlett, who joined Hack The Box as vice president of marketing in 2025 after serving as CMO at SonicWall, will oversee global marketing, communications, demand generation and go-to-market strategy.

Corelight appoints Amanda Berger as chief customer officer: Corelight has named Amanda Berger chief customer officer to lead its customer success organization across implementation, operations, retention and expansion. Berger brings more than 25 years of experience and previously served as chief customer officer at Employ, HackerOne, Lucidworks and RichRelevance.

Sumo Logic appoints Chris Malone as CEO and Conor Burns as CFO: Sumo Logic has named Chris Malone chief executive officer and Conor Burns chief financial officer as the company expands its agentic AI platform for security and cloud operations. Malone joins after 12 years at Applause, where he most recently served as CEO, while Burns previously served as Applause’s senior vice president of operations.

Nozomi Networks appoints co-founder Andrea Carcano as CEO: Nozomi Networks has named co-founder Andrea Carcano chief executive officer as the OT and IoT security company expands its focus on AI-driven product development. Carcano returns to the role he held when he launched the company with co-founder Moreno Carullo. He succeeds Edgard Capdevielle, who will become an executive advisor after leading Nozomi through more than $100 million in annual revenue and its $1 billion acquisition by Mitsubishi Electric.

Spektrum Labs appoints Oscar Chavez-Arrieta to lead global channel expansion: Spektrum Labs has named Oscar Chavez-Arrieta senior vice president of global channel to expand its MSP and MSSP partner business. Chavez-Arrieta brings more than 20 years of cybersecurity channel experience from SonicWall, Sophos, Symantec and Dell. He will lead the company’s global channel strategy and help partners build managed services around Spektrum’s Continuous Resilience Validation platform, with an initial group of 10 partners expected to activate within 30 days.

Kantata appoints three executives to expand sales, marketing and channel growth: Kantata has named Lisa Bianco chief marketing officer, Jeff Balistrere vice president of enterprise sales for North America, and Keith Bendy global vice president of alliances and channels. Bianco joins with experience at SAP, Red Hat and DevRev, while Balistrere previously held sales roles at Actifio and IBM. Bendy, who has worked in alliance roles at ServiceNow and Google, will lead Kantata’s global partner strategy as the PSA provider expands its AI-powered platform for professional services firms.

Exostar appoints Jeff Ladner as chief product officer: Exostar has named Jeff Ladner chief product officer to lead product strategy, product management and innovation across its security, compliance, identity and supply chain risk offerings. Ladner joins from Onspring and Intelex, where he also served as chief product officer, and brings more than 20 years of SaaS and risk management experience.

Binary Defense appoints Rafal Los as chief strategy officer: Binary Defense has named Rafal Los chief strategy officer to lead market-facing strategy across sales, customer success, marketing, channel programs and technology alliances. Los joins from ExtraHop, where he most recently served as vice president of strategic initiatives, and brings more than 25 years of cybersecurity experience from companies including Optiv, Armor, Lightstream and HP.

BreachRx appoints John Zilinskas as chief revenue officer: BreachRx has named John Zilinskas chief revenue officer to lead its global revenue strategy and go-to-market execution. Zilinskas joins from Seemplicity, where he led sales, and previously held senior sales roles at Palo Alto Networks, Symantec and IBM.

Armadin appoints Brian Gumbel as chief revenue officer: Armadin has named Brian Gumbel chief revenue officer to lead global sales, partnerships and go-to-market strategy as the company expands its offensive security platform. Gumbel joins from Dataminr, where he served as president and chief operating officer, and previously held leadership roles at Armis, Forescout, Tanium, McAfee and Cisco.
