And here are the people moves we've tracked during the week of July 20 - July 24.


Cyware appoints Alvaro Warden as global head of channel sales: Cyware has named Alvaro Warden to lead its worldwide channel, alliance, and marketplace strategy as it expands across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Warden joins from NetSPI, where he served as vice president of worldwide channels, overseeing global channel strategy, partner enablement, and indirect revenue growth. Earlier, he held channel leadership roles at Invicti Security, building strategic partnerships with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, GitLab, LogRhythm, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Silent Push appoints Kirk Appelman as senior vice president of global sales: Silent Push has appointed Kirk Appelman as senior vice president of global sales. He brings more than 20 years of technology sales and leadership experience, including roles at Synack, Finite State, EfficientIP, Illusive Networks, GoSecure, Proofpoint, McAfee, Juniper Networks, and Internet Security Systems. Most recently, he helped expand Synack’s penetration testing-as-a-service business across large enterprises and U.S. government agencies.

Liquibase appoints Phil Robinson as vice president of global channels and alliances: Liquibase has named Phil Robinson to lead global partner recruitment, enablement, alliances, and marketplace strategy as enterprises modernize database delivery for AI-driven software development. Robinson joins Liquibase from Digital.ai, where he served as vice president of global channels. Earlier, he spent more than eight years at Atlassian building global alliance programs with systems integrators, including Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, and Capgemini.

Coro expands its executive team with three leadership appointments across sales, product, and R&D: Coro has named Ingo Schaefer, Dor Avrahami, and Itzik Shachar to support global growth, channel expansion, and product innovation. Schaefer, formerly Coro's regional director for DACH, previously held sales leadership roles at Check Point Software Technologies and Proofpoint, where he focused on channel development and regional growth. Avrahami brings more than 16 years of experience in AI, enterprise software, and data platforms to lead product strategy, while Shachar joins from engineering leadership roles at Rekor Systems and Redis to oversee platform engineering and technology strategy.

Spektrum Labs appoints Oscar Chavez-Arrieta as SVP of global channel: Spektrum Labs has named Oscar Chavez-Arrieta to lead its worldwide channel strategy. Chavez-Arrieta brings more than two decades of channel leadership experience across cybersecurity vendors, including roles at SonicWall, Sophos, Symantec, and Dell.

SmartBear appoints Dave Phillips as chief revenue officer: SmartBear has promoted Dave Phillips to CRO, where he will oversee global sales, customer success, renewals, channel partnerships, and go-to-market strategy. Phillips joined SmartBear in 2024 and most recently served as senior vice president of customer success and renewals, helping strengthen customer retention and strategic account growth. Before SmartBear, he was chief revenue officer at Alyce and previously held leadership roles at Quickbase.

Titania appoints Wayne Hollinshead as channel leader: Titania has named Wayne Hollinshead to lead its global channel strategy as it builds a partner-first go-to-market model around its network exposure management and vulnerability management portfolio. Hollinshead brings more than a decade of cybersecurity channel leadership experience. Most recently, he served as EMEA channel director at Asimily and previously led EMEA channel and alliances at Claroty. Before that, he spent more than eight years at Tenable, where he was channel director for EMEA, helping grow the company's vulnerability management business.
