And here are the people moves we've tracked during the week of October 20 - October 24.

Kentik names Ken Marks as Vice President of Channels and Alliances: Kentik has appointed channel veteran Ken Marks to lead its global partner strategy and launch the company’s first formal partner program, Kentik Connect. Marks brings more than three decades of experience building successful channel models at SentinelOne, Splunk, Palo Alto Networks, and IBM.

OutSystems names Kris Lande as CMO and Ben Yerushalmi as SVP of Partners & Alliances: OutSystems has appointed Kris Lande as CMO to lead global marketing and community engagement. Lande brings more than 20 years of SaaS marketing experience, including senior leadership roles at Salesforce, where she helped build the Trailblazer community and led product and developer marketing. The company also appointed Ben Yerushalmi to lead its global partner and alliances organization. Yerushalmi brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling partner ecosystems at companies such as Salesforce and Automation Anywhere.

F5 names Michael Montoya as Chief Technology Operations Officer: F5 has appointed Michael Montoya to lead enterprise-wide technology operations. In his new position, Montoya will drive strategy and execution to embed security and resilience across all facets of F5’s operations. A veteran cybersecurity executive, Montoya previously served as COO at BlueVoyant and held CISO roles at Equinix and Digital Realty, along with leadership positions at Microsoft, FireEye/Mandiant, and EMC.

RapidScale names Chad Duncan as Head of Consulting Services: RapidScale, a Cox Business company, has appointed Chad Duncan to lead its consulting and advisory practice. Duncan brings more than 30 years of global consulting and cloud transformation experience, including his tenure as Managing Director at Accenture, where he oversaw technology strategy for financial services clients.

Google Cloud names Karthik Narain as Chief Product and Business Officer: Former Accenture CTO Karthik Narain has joined Google Cloud to lead product, engineering, and go-to-market teams across cloud, developer, data, and applied AI, while also working closely with Google Public Sector. Narain brings more than a decade of leadership at Accenture, where he drove the company’s Cloud-First and Data & AI businesses.
