Netrio appoints Kevin Charest as vice president of cyber governance services: Netrio has named Kevin Charest as vice president of cyber governance services to lead cybersecurity strategy, innovation and service delivery across its global portfolio. Charest brings more than three decades of cybersecurity experience across the public and private sectors and previously served as chief information security officer for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, with additional leadership roles as CISO and head of IT infrastructure at a Fortune-level enterprise.

Orca Security appoints Rachel Nislick as chief marketing officer: Orca Security has named Rachel Nislick as chief marketing officer to lead its global marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, product marketing and communications as the company expands its cloud security platform. She brings more than 25 years of cybersecurity marketing leadership experience and most recently served as vice president of revenue marketing at Darktrace, where she led global demand generation and go-to-market initiatives, with prior senior marketing roles at Mimecast, Veracode and PTC focused on scaling growth and supporting enterprise security adoption.

Darktrace appoints Ed Jennings as president and CEO: Darktrace has named Ed Jennings as president and chief executive officer. He most recently served as CEO of Quickbase, where the company doubled annual revenue during his tenure, and previously held leadership roles as chief operating officer at Mimecast and go-to-market positions at Veracode, ADP, Copanion and PTC.

Caylent appoints Valerie Henderson as chief executive officer: Caylent has named Valerie Henderson as CEO to lead the company’s next phase of growth as it expands its AI-focused cloud services built on AWS. Henderson previously served as Caylent’s president and chief revenue officer, where she helped grow company revenue more than fivefold and led the acquisition of Trek10 to strengthen its AWS services portfolio.

Quorum Cyber appoints Joe Strathmann as chief operating officer: Quorum Cyber has named Joe Strathmann as chief operating officer to lead global operations and help scale the company’s Microsoft-focused cybersecurity services. Strathmann brings more than 25 years of IT services and cybersecurity experience and previously held senior operational leadership roles at Secureworks and Rapid7, where he oversaw global managed security services, security operations centers and professional services teams supporting enterprise customers worldwide.

Nagomi Security appoints Alexei Rubinstein as vice president of customer experience: Nagomi Security has named Alexei Rubinstein as vice president of customer experience to oversee the full customer lifecycle from technical evaluation to long-term adoption as the company scales its exposure management platform. Rubinstein brings more than 15 years of cybersecurity leadership experience and most recently served as vice president of sales engineering and customer success at Morphisec, with previous leadership roles at XM Cyber, IntSights and Rapid7 focused on security operations, threat intelligence and customer success programs.

Rippling appoints Adrian Ludwig as chief security officer: Rippling has named Adrian Ludwig as chief security officer to lead its global security strategy across product security, infrastructure protection, trust and risk as the company expands its business software platform. Ludwig brings more than two decades of cybersecurity leadership experience and previously held senior roles, including director of Android security at Google and chief information security officer and chief trust officer at Atlassian, most recently serving as chief architect and CISO at Tools for Humanity.

Sectigo appoints Clint Maddox as president of global field operations: Sectigo has named Clint Maddox as president of global field operations to lead its worldwide revenue and go-to-market organization across sales, marketing and channel operations. Maddox brings nearly 30 years of enterprise software leadership experience and most recently served as chief revenue officer at KX, with prior CRO and senior leadership roles at ConnectWise, Broadcom and CA Technologies focused on scaling global sales teams and partner ecosystems.

SilverSky appoints Cary Conrad as chief executive officer: SilverSky has named Cary Conrad as chief executive officer to lead the company’s next phase of operational growth and strategic execution. Conrad previously served as president of SilverSky and earlier led the Americas business for NTT Cyber Security, bringing extensive experience in managed cybersecurity services and regulated industries.

IDMWORKS appoints Jason Bonds as chief revenue officer: IDMWORKS has named Jason Bonds as chief revenue officer to lead its global revenue strategy across sales, marketing, business development and strategic partnerships as the company expands its identity security consulting services. Bonds brings more than two decades of experience in identity, cybersecurity, and fintech and previously spent 11 years at Ping Identity helping scale its enterprise sales organization, with recent CRO roles at Verosint, AppViewX and Chainalysis.

Datakrypto appoints Paolo Campoli as SVP and chief growth officer: Datakrypto has named Paolo Campoli as senior vice president and chief growth officer to lead global sales, partnerships and go-to-market strategy as the company expands its encrypted AI infrastructure platform. Campoli previously served as a vice president at Cisco, where he led the global service provider segment and drove large-scale transformation initiatives with carriers, hyperscalers and cloud providers, with earlier leadership roles including chief technology officer for the service provider segment across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Russia.
