And here are the people moves we've tracked during the week of June 16 to June 20.

N-able introduces new Chief Marketing Officer: N-able has introduced Vikram Ramesh as Chief Marketing Officer. A cybersecurity industry veteran with over 25 years of experience, Ramesh has held leadership roles at Mandiant, Google Cloud Security, and Adlumin, where he previously served as CMO before its acquisition by N-able. He most recently served as Chief Strategy Officer at N-able and will now lead global marketing as the company expands its focus on cyber resiliency for midmarket organizations.

HUB Cyber Security appoints new CRO: HUB Cyber Security has appointed Paul Parisi as Global Chief Revenue Officer. Parisi brings over 25 years of leadership experience in financial services and technology, with previous roles including President of PayPal Canada and Vice President & General Manager of Global Commercial Payments at American Express. Most recently, he led Silicon Valley Bank’s expansion into Canada.

Cyderes expands leadership team with new CRO and CMO: Cyderes has welcomed Josh Locker as Chief Revenue Officer and Joshua Leatherman as Chief Marketing Officer. Locker brings over 30 years of experience in technology and cybersecurity, including leadership roles at Motorola and Optiv Security. Leatherman previously served as CMO at Service Express, where he drove sustained double-digit growth. Together, they will help scale Cyderes’ identity-first managed security services, expand its partner ecosystem, and accelerate global demand for its AI-powered cybersecurity solutions.

Aviatrix brings in new Chief Financial Officer: Aviatrix has brought in Ken Tinsley as Chief Financial Officer. Tinsley brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience, including an 11-year tenure at Splunk, where he guided the company through its IPO and strategic growth to a $28 billion acquisition by Cisco. He joins Aviatrix to support its continued growth and operational scale as it advances its cloud network security strategy. The company also announced executive leadership promotions, including Chris McHenry as Chief Product Officer, Scott Trainor as Chief Legal Officer, and John Qian as Chief Information Security Officer.

BCM One gets a new CEO: BCM One has tapped Sanford “Sandy” Preizler as Chief Executive Officer. Preizler brings over 30 years of experience in scaling communications and managed services businesses, most recently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Bandwidth. He succeeds Geoff Bloss and will lead BCM One’s global operations across enterprise solutions, white-label UCaaS, and SMB-focused e-commerce.

CYPFER brings on new Executive Chairman: CYPFER has brought on Jason Hogg as Executive Chairman. Hogg is a veteran cybersecurity and fintech leader with a track record of founding and scaling companies, including Revolution Money and Aon’s Cyber Solutions. He holds more than 700 patent claims and is credited with inventing the CyQu cyber risk analytics platform. Hogg most recently served as EVP at Acima and has held executive roles at Blackstone, American Express, and MBNA.
