And here are the people moves we've tracked during the week of September 01 to September 05

Snowflake names a new CFO: Snowflake has appointed Brian Robins as chief financial officer. Robins joins from GitLab, where he has served as CFO since 2020, and previously held the same role at Sisense, Cylance, AlienVault, and Verisign. At Snowflake, he will oversee global finance functions including planning, treasury, tax, reporting, and investor relations.

Zones appoints a new CEO: Zones has appointed Yehia Maaty Omar as chief executive officer. Omar, a global technology executive previously served as CEO of Curvature, president of Megalos Consulting, and a corporate officer at Xerox. He has also been a board member at Zones.

Komodor appoints VP of R&D: Komodor has appointed Snir Amsalem as vice president of research and development. Amsalem, who spent more than a decade at Spot (acquired by NetApp) and most recently served as senior director leading development teams in Israel, brings over 13 years of high-tech experience.

Channelscaler names a new CEO: Channelscaler has appointed Brian Martin as chief executive officer. Martin, who most recently served as chief revenue officer at Litmus Software and previously held leadership roles at NetSuite, OpenAir, and ForeSee, brings more than two decades of experience in sales, customer success, and go-to-market strategy.

KKR names a new senior technology and AI strategy advisor: KKR has appointed Adam Selipsky, former CEO of Amazon Web Services and Tableau, as senior technology and AI strategy advisor to its $179 billion Real Assets platform. Selipsky, who helped scale AWS into the world’s largest cloud business and led Tableau through its $15.7 billion acquisition by Salesforce, will guide KKR’s digital infrastructure strategy as the firm accelerates investments in AI, data centers, fiber, and energy.

Netwrix appoints senior channel leadership roles: Netwrix has appointed Frank DeCicco as head of Americas channel and Stuart Robson-Frisby as vice president of worldwide channel. DeCicco, who previously led partner sales organizations at Tanium and Cisco, will focus on strengthening partner ecosystems across the Americas. Robson-Frisby, who has overseen EMEA channel programs at Tanium and Ivanti, will now lead Netwrix’s global distributor and channel network.

D&H Canada appoints a new VP of Sales: D&H Canada has appointed Rob Brown as vice president of sales to drive its next phase of growth. Brown, a 22-year channel veteran with leadership roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Tech Data, most recently served as director of North American distribution channel sales at HPE. At D&H, he will focus on building advanced sales strategies, expanding into midmarket and public sector opportunities, and scaling solution sales in areas such as data center, networking, and security.
