And here are the people moves we've tracked during the week of June 08 - June 12.


Mitel appoints Ben Macdonald as global channel chief: Mitel has named Ben Macdonald vice president of global channel go-to-market as the company expands its partner strategy and recently launched Global Partner Program. Macdonald most recently served as vice president of global sales and channels at Owl Labs, where he helped shift the company toward a channel-led enterprise sales model. He previously held senior channel leadership roles at Poly, Juniper Networks and Ekahau.

Armadin appoints Barbara Massa as chief operating officer: Armadin has named Barbara Massa as COO as it expands commercial operations following the launch of its Armadin Red agentic attack platform. Massa brings more than 25 years of cybersecurity and enterprise technology leadership experience. Most recently, she served as senior partner and COO at NightDragon and previously was executive vice president and chief of business operations at Mandiant, where she worked alongside Armadin CEO Kevin Mandia.

Team Cymru appoints Eric Carlson as chief financial officer: Team Cymru has named Eric Carlson as CFO as the threat intelligence company expands its global operations. Carlson brings more than 30 years of technology finance and executive leadership experience. Most recently, he served as CFO at MATRIXX Software and previously held senior finance roles at Arine, Twin, Cisco Jasper and Seagate Technology.

Sonatype adds three executives to leadership team: Sonatype has appointed Casey Watson as chief revenue officer, Jason McClelland as chief marketing officer and Sherri Manning as chief human resources officer as the company scales its revenue, marketing and workforce strategies. Watson most recently served as senior vice president of North American sales at OneTrust and previously held leadership roles at VMware Tanzu, R3, Siemplify and Docker. McClelland brings experience from Salesforce, Adobe, Heroku and DataStax, while Manning most recently served as chief people officer at Olo after holding roles at BigCommerce and Q2ebanking.

Hatz AI appoints Jim Fanning as president: Hatz AI has named Jim Fanning as president as the company scales its operations and expands its AI platform through its network of more than 1,000 MSP partners. Fanning brings more than 30 years of business and enterprise technology leadership experience, including senior roles at Oracle, AWS and Databricks. He spent more than 13 years at AWS, where he helped expand the company’s global operations.

iCOUNTER appoints Joel Molinoff as chief operating officer: iCOUNTER has named Joel Molinoff as COO as the threat intelligence company works to scale its operations. Molinoff brings nearly 30 years of experience in cybersecurity, enterprise risk and operational leadership. Most recently, he served as global head of third-party risk products and services at BlueVoyant and previously was the company’s vice chairman.

IP Fabric appoints Jonathan Korntheuer as chief financial officer: IP Fabric has named Jonathan Korntheuer as CFO as the network digital twin company continues to scale its global operations. Korntheuer joins after more than six years at growth equity firm One Peak, where he helped lead the firm’s investment in IP Fabric and served on the company’s board.
