Paessler appoints Chris Simoes as CTO: Paessler has named Chris Simoes as Chief Technology Officer to lead its technology organization and advance its platform strategy. Simoes brings more than 20 years of experience in engineering and product development, including leadership roles at SolarWinds and Cisco, and most recently led an AI startup.

Portnox appoints Jonathan Skinner as CMO: Portnox has named Jonathan Skinner as Chief Marketing Officer to lead its global marketing strategy and go-to-market execution as the company expands its cloud-native access control platform. Skinner brings more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity and B2B SaaS, most recently serving as CMO at LogicGate. He previously held leadership roles at Sectigo, Dropbox, and Symantec, with a track record of driving brand positioning and pipeline growth.

Halcyon appoints Kirstjen Nielsen and Chris Inglis as strategic advisors to strengthen cyber strategy: Halcyon has named Kirstjen Nielsen and Chris Inglis as Strategic Advisors to guide its cybersecurity and national security strategy. Nielsen and Inglis bring decades of experience across government cybersecurity, intelligence, and infrastructure protection. Nielsen previously led the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and played a role in establishing CISA, while Inglis served as the first U.S. National Cyber Director and held senior leadership roles at the National Security Agency.

ThreatModeler appoints Kevin Gallagher as CEO: ThreatModeler has named Kevin Gallagher as Chief Executive Officer to lead strategy, go-to-market execution, and post-acquisition integration following its merger with IriusRisk. Gallagher brings more than two decades of experience scaling cybersecurity SaaS businesses, most recently serving as President at Invicti Security and previously as CEO of Endpoint Protector by CoSoSys.

Commvault names Gary Merrill as CFO and Geoff Haydon to lead customer and field operations: Commvault has appointed Gary Merrill as Chief Financial Officer and Geoff Haydon as President of Customer and Field Operations to support its next phase of growth. Merrill, a long-time Commvault executive, returns to the CFO role after previously leading finance and most recently serving as Chief Commercial Officer, where he oversaw sales and partner operations. Haydon joins from Ontinue, bringing experience in AI-driven security services and go-to-market leadership roles at VMware and Secureworks.

Accuris appoints Tom Genova as Head of Sales, Americas to scale enterprise growth: Accuris has named Tom Genova to lead sales strategy and execution across the Americas as it expands its Engineering Intelligence platform. Genova brings more than two decades of enterprise sales leadership, with prior roles at Jaggaer and PTC, where he led large-scale sales organizations across engineering and industrial software markets.
