CEI Acquires Fourth Dimension Technologies

Technology solutions provider CEI has acquired Fourth Dimension Technologies, an IT solutions and managed service provider (MSP). Financial information was not disclosed.

Expanded Capabilities and Expertise

The deal, which was finalized in late March 2024, expands CEI’s service portfolio, particularly in managed IT services and cloud solutions.

Fourth Dimension provides solutions to companies in various industries, including banking, manufacturing, and healthcare. As a result, the acquisition enhances CEI's existing offerings but also strengthens its partnerships with major industry leaders such as Microsoft, Cisco, and VMWare, CEI said.
