BCM One, a private equity-backed managed technology solutions provider, has acquired LincLogix, a regional data and voice solutions provider from Indianapolis, Indiana. See all technology M&A deals for 2021 and 2020 listed here.Founded in 2001, LincLogix primarily offers solutions to multi-site businesses within the manufacturing, retail and healthcare verticals.This acquisition enhances LincLogix’s ability to provide back-office operational support to its existing client base, BCM One said. It will also bolster BCM One’s footprint in the midwest market, adding a sixth office location in Indianapolis. The LincLogix leadership, engineering and support teams will become part of the BCM One enterprise, the company announced.
