This expansion aims to simplify partner engagement with tools like the Barracuda Email Threat Scanner by providing customizable, trackable links and detailed reporting on customer scans. The program also introduces a new Premier-level rebate for top-tier partners, aligning with the customer success framework of the LAER model, which stands for land, adoption, expansion, and retention and renewal. This initiative aims to incentivize partners for their performance in various key areas, including customer acquisition and product adoption, the company said.
