Headquartered in Farmington, Connecticut, iTech provides IT staffing and services. The acquired company will remain in its current location under its existing brand. iTech CEO Kay Lukas is retiring as part of the company sale.
Founded in 2004, Ampcus is based in Chantilly, Virginia and provides IT staffing and business consulting services.

In a prepared statement, Lukas said:
