13. Database Performance Monitoring: SentryOne has launched SQL Sentry Essentials, which provides monitoring for up to five database targets at $995 per targeted SQL Server instance. It's designed for smaller database environments.
12. Presidio Financial Results: The midmarket IT solutions provider's revenues were $649.3 million for its Q2 of fiscal 2019, up 18.3 percent from Q2 of fiscal 2017. The company is investing roughly $10 million per quarter into cloud services initiatives, CEO Bob Cagnazzi and CFO Neil Johnston told ChannelE2E in a post-earnings interview on Wednesday night. The company also is driving down its debt at a responsible pace while effectively investing in new business opportunities, the duo said. Stay tuned for more.
11. CDW Financial Results: CDW net sales were $4.075 billion in Q4 2018, up 8.6 percent from Q4 2017. Net income was $159.3 million, down 18.2 percent.
- Corporate sales grew 14.8 percent
- Small business sales rose 17.7 percent.
- Health and education sales rose 7.8 and 7.6 percent, respectively.
- Government sales dropped 11.9 percent.
The financial results generally beat Wall Street's expectations.
10. New Relic Financial Results, Acquisition: The monitoring software provider's revenues were $124 million in Q3 of fiscal 2019, up 35 percent from Q3 of fiscal 2018. More than 800 customers now pay more than $100,000 annually for New Relic's monitoring software -- up from 629 customers at this time last year. Acquisition: The company also acquired SigniFi, which specializes in artificial intelligence and machine learning systems for DevOps teams.
9. ePlus Financial Results: Revenues at the technology solutions provider were $334.7 million in Q3 2018, up a slight 0.4 percent from the corresponding quarter in 2017. Also, net earnings declined 4.6 percent to $14.9 million, ePlus says. The results generally beat Wall Street's expectations.
8. Business Ownership Models - ESOP: ComGraphics has transitioned its business to an ESOP (employee stock ownership plan). The company specializes in print and mail services, data and print management, document production, digital archival, disaster recovery and marketing support services. Prairie Capital Advisors Inc., a mid-market investment bank, advised ComGraphics on the transition.

4. M&A - Microsoft Cloud Security: Haven Cyber Technologies is nearing an agreement to acquire Onevinn, a provider of Microsoft Cloud Security Services, Bloomberg reports.
3. M&A & Private Equity -MSPs: BCM One, a managed IT solutions provider, has recapitalized its business and acquired Siptrunk/Sip.us, a provider of next-generation voice solutions. BCM One's private equity partner is Thompson Street Capital Partners. We'll share more thoughts soon.
2. TeamLogic IT Growth: The IT services franchise's network in 2018 grew 25 percent and now encompasses more than 160 independently owned and operated locations across North America, according to a TeamLogic IT statement. Also, same-location revenues grew 30 percent, and the company ended the year with a 74 percent increase in EBT (earnings before taxes). TeamLogic IT is led by President Dan Shapero, an Ingram Micro and Kaseya veteran.
