The acquisition integrates StatusCast’s incident management and status update capabilities into 4me's ITSM offerings, according to the company. Following the acquisition, 4me says it will offer real-time service status notifications and comprehensive visuals of the IT service catalog status. These enhancements aim to improve automation and management capabilities for incident and SLA management, benefiting MSPs, network operations centers (NOCs), and support and service desk teams, the company said.
