
- Develop overall revenue targets for 2022, and align sales team goals with those targets.
- Determine base salaries, commissions and overall sale team compensation to drive recurring revenue.
- Fine-tune the plan for specific sales roles — including chief revenue officers (CROs), sales executives, managers and entry-level sales professionals.
- Perform weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews to ensure sales team members are meeting or exceeding target objectives.
- Offer incentives that keep sales team members focused on quarterly objectives.
