Workflo Solutions of Glasgow, Scotland, has acquired fellow Pyramid IT, an IT support company based in Livingston -- the largest town in West Lothian, Scotland. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The combined MSP's core offerings include managed print services, digital workflow solutions, electronic document management, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure support.

Pyramid IT will continue operating out of its Livingston offices. Following a transition period, Burrows will transition to Penetration Testing services, which helps protect SME businesses from cyber attacks, the firm announced.
Workflo, which has about 20 employees, remains in the market looking for additional MSP and IT solutions provider acquisitions, The Scotsman reports.
