Seroda Ventures Takes Majority Stake in Evonence, Merges with Cloudnyx.ai

Seroda Ventures has acquired a majority stake in Evonence, a Google Cloud-focused consulting firm, and will merge it with Cloudnyx.ai, one of its incubated companies. The combined business will operate under the Cloudnyx.ai name, with Evonence founder and CEO Vijay Shah leading the new entity.

The merger brings together Evonence’s large-scale project delivery experience, serving more than 1,500 clients, with Cloudnyx.ai’s expertise in generative AI, agent-based productivity, and API orchestration. Together, the team will focus on serving digital-native enterprises with advanced capabilities across BigQuery, Vertex AI, Google Workspace with Gemini, Apigee, and secure cloud modernization.

By aligning their consulting, implementation, and managed services capabilities, the company aims to address growing demand for integrated Google Cloud solutions. Its offerings will cover areas such as data warehouse modernization, AI/ML deployments, secure architecture design, and ongoing operational support.

With Seroda Ventures’ backing, Cloudnyx.ai plans to strengthen its position as a partner-first services provider in the Google Cloud ecosystem, blending technical expertise with the scale needed to serve a wide range of industries and complex enterprise needs.
