MSPCentric Emerges from Stealth to Tackle PSA Integration Challenges

MSPCentric came out of stealth this week, introducing its focus on solving one of the IT channel’s biggest headaches: PSA integrations. Founded by channel leader Colin Knox, the company has already been working with vendors such as SonicWall and DNSFilter, and now steps forward publicly to expand its mission. Today, MSPCentric supports integrations across Autotask, ConnectWise, HaloPSA, Kaseya BMS, Pulseway, and Syncro, giving vendors and MSPs a head start on streamlining workflows.

The challenge of PSA integrations has long placed a burden on vendors, requiring extensive development resources and often slowing progress on core product innovation. Colin Knox witnessed this issue firsthand as an MSP founder and later while building Passportal and Gradient MSP. Across each venture, the pattern was clear: vendors struggled to deliver the integrations MSPs expected while trying to maintain focus on their primary business objectives. MSPCentric was established to resolve this obstacle, enabling vendors to provide critical integrations without diverting resources away from product strategy and growth.

For vendors, strong PSA integrations are now a requirement, not a differentiator. Without them, MSPs face friction that pushes them toward alternatives. By providing integrations as a service, MSPCentric offers a faster path to market, tighter vendor-MSP alignment, and lower operational costs. Early customers have already pointed to competitive advantages, citing improved adoption and more efficient partner experiences.

The move is resonating beyond vendors as well. PSA providers including Autotask and HaloPSA have welcomed MSPCentric’s role in strengthening the larger channel ecosystem. With integrations now table stakes, MSPCentric’s emergence from stealth signals a timely shift—giving vendors a scalable way to meet MSP expectations while contributing to a more connected and efficient channel.
