JumpCloud Deepens Brazil Strategy With MacSolution Acquisition

JumpCloud has acquired MacSolution, its largest MSP partner in the Americas, as part of a broader effort to formalize its enterprise and partner operations in Latin America. The deal anchors a new go-to-market and services hub in São Paulo and follows JumpCloud’s earlier acquisition of VaultOne. Financial terms were not disclosed.

MacSolution brings years of hands-on experience delivering identity, access, and device management for organizations moving away from fragmented, legacy IT models. By bringing that team in-house, JumpCloud gains direct operational insight from engineers and services leaders who have been deploying the platform at scale. That proximity is expected to tighten the feedback loop between customer realities, product roadmaps, and how JumpCloud supports MSP-led deployments.

São Paulo hub is positioned as a central delivery point for enterprise services. This includes supporting complex migrations, accelerating onboarding timelines, and extending follow-the-sun coverage for global customers and partners. The move also reflects a shift toward building regional centers that combine technical services, partner enablement, and go-to-market execution under one roof rather than treating services as a peripheral function.

The acquisition signals that Brazil is no longer just a growth market for JumpCloud, but an operational base with global relevance. Absorbing a long-standing partner allows JumpCloud to standardize how enterprise customers are supported while preserving local market knowledge. It also reinforces a model where MSP expertise is not just adjacent to the platform, but embedded into how the company builds, sells, and delivers it.
