CyberFOX and MSP Process Partner on Identity Verification

CyberFOX has partnered with MSP Process to strengthen identity assurance for managed service providers and their clients. As part of the agreement, CyberFOX will resell MSP Process’ End-User Verification and Technician Verification solutions, helping to close a critical gap in protecting against voice phishing attacks.

The move supports the broader shift toward Zero Trust, where every access request must be verified before it’s approved. By combining CyberFOX’s access management with MSP Process’ verification workflows, MSPs get an extra layer of protection without slowing down operations.

Voice-based phishing remains a growing problem for MSPs and IT teams, as attackers attempt to pose as legitimate users or support staff to gain entry. Offering MSP Process’ verification directly through CyberFOX provides an additional safeguard that is simple to deploy and manage, without disrupting daily operations.

The partnership aligns two complementary areas of expertise: CyberFOX in privileged access management and MSP Process in automated verification. Together, they deliver a stronger layer of defense that improves security and compliance while helping MSPs streamline service delivery.
