Climb Expands Cloud Distribution in Southeastern Europe

Climb Global Solutions has acquired Greece-based interworks.cloud for €8 million, adding a cloud distributor with more than 600 reseller and MSP partners across Greece, Malta, Cyprus and Bulgaria. The business brings an operational Microsoft CSP practice, a regional marketplace and an active portfolio that includes security, backup, endpoint management and collaboration vendors. The acquisition extends Climb’s presence in a part of Europe where cloud adoption is still growing and where distributors play a direct role in partner enablement and subscription management.

The deal strengthens Climb’s Microsoft-aligned distribution motion in Europe by adding an organization that already runs multi-country provisioning, billing and lifecycle support. Interworks’ existing marketplace and partner network provide a foundation for expanding recurring cloud transactions while giving vendors broader access to local resellers and service providers. The regional infrastructure for onboarding, technical support and compliance management moves under Climb’s global operating model.

The Interworks team will remain in place, keeping local language support, partner relationships and in-country technical delivery intact. That continuity allows Climb to layer in its wider vendor catalog, financing options and cross-sell programs without disrupting existing partner workflows. For resellers and MSPs, the change is expected to show up as expanded access to solutions and deeper support around cloud migrations, security services and subscription growth.

Interworks reported adjusted EBITDA of about €901,000 for 2025, reflecting strong year-over-year growth, and the transaction is expected to contribute to earnings. Beyond the financial impact, the acquisition increases Climb’s partner density in Southeastern Europe and adds a marketplace engine that can scale across additional vendors and services. The combined structure positions the company to handle higher cloud transaction volume while supporting Microsoft’s evolving partner and compliance requirements across the region.
