Axiom GRC Expands U.S. Compliance Footprint With AssurancePoint Deal

Axiom GRC has acquired AssurancePoint as part of its push to deepen its cyber compliance and audit capabilities in the U.S. market. The deal brings AssurancePoint’s SOC and ISO audit and advisory services into Axiom’s growing North American platform.

As part of the transaction, AssurancePoint will integrate with IS Partners, Axiom GRC’s U.S. audit and assurance business. The combination is intended to scale delivery across SOC, ISO, and related frameworks for mid-sized organizations, while tightening the link between advisory services and Axiom’s broader GRC software platform.

This marks Axiom GRC’s second U.S. acquisition and signals a continued focus on building a more complete compliance offering that spans consulting, audit, and technology. By adding AssurancePoint’s audit model to IS Partners’ existing footprint, Axiom is positioning itself to support customers that want fewer vendors and a more coordinated approach to compliance execution.

For Axiom GRC, the acquisition supports its broader goal of accelerating growth in North America while extending its integrated GRC model beyond Europe. With a growing base of U.S. clients facing expanding regulatory and assurance requirements, the move reflects a bet that demand will continue shifting toward bundled, end-to-end compliance services rather than point solutions.
