Advania is acquiring Gompute, the AI and high-performance computing (HPC) platform owned by atNAdvania is adding to its technology portfolio with the acquisition of Gompute, an AI and high-performance computing (HPC) platform previously owned by atNorth, reports ITPro. The deal, expected to close in the third quarter of 2025, will fold Gompute’s operations in Sweden and Spain into Advania Sweden. For Advania, this move strengthens its foothold in Northern Europe and positions the company to deliver advanced computing capabilities that align with rising demand for AI and regulatory compliance.

Gompute, founded in 2022, has built a reputation for handling intensive HPC and AI workloads across industries like finance, automotive, and engineering. Its clusters and private cloud services give enterprises the performance scale they need without losing control of their data. With Advania taking over, clients gain access to a wider range of services and expertise while still benefiting from Gompute’s specialized infrastructure.

For Gompute customers, the transition means more than continuity. They’ll be able to tap into Advania’s larger pool of resources and AI capabilities, which cover multiple Northern European markets. This mix of local presence and broader reach could help enterprises manage both performance-heavy workloads and region-specific sovereignty requirements more effectively.
