Strut CEO Zack LevyDeloitte has acquired Strut Digital, an Amazon Web Services (AWS) MSP with DevOps cloud experience. Financial terms were not disclosed.Strut helps companies move to and manage cloud-based IT environments. Key customers include Westpac, Qantas, Amway and Bauer Media Group. The organization will continue to work with its current clients while expanding its practice under Deloitte, the IT consulting giant said in the deal's announcement.Strut’s 25 employee team will relocate to Deloitte’s Sydney, Australia, office and form the DevOps component of Deloitte’s cloud operating unit. Strut CEO Zack Levy will join the firm as a partner, Deloitte indicated.
