TNP, with 260 employees, claims to be the largest pure-play Microsoft partner in the United Kingdom. The seller is a Gold Microsoft Partner across ERP, Application Development and Cloud Platform, and additional Microsoft certifications including Small and Mid-Market Cloud Solutions, Data Analytics and Application Integration, TNP says.TNP, which serves more than 540 customers, is based in the UK, with offices in Newbury and Manchester, and operates a support and development facility in Portugal.Under Node4's ownership, TNP will continue to operate as an individual business unit led by Executive Chairman Paul White.
