New RUCKUS Networks Solutions: CommScope has announced three new RUCKUS Networks solutions that it says will allow enterprises and service providers to deploy, manage and operate purpose-driven networks in new ways. The solutions include the AI-driven cloud-native platform RUCKUS One; The Network as a Service (NaaS) program; and a new multi-access public and private (MAPP) solution. “Together they offer a robust solution for delivering highly reliable user experiences, solving coverage and mobility issues as well as the ability to relieve IT organizations from complex operational demands,” the company said in a prepared statement.
  2. Akira’s EaaS Offering: Meanwhile, Alkira has launched its new Extranet-as-a-Service offering. EaaS is an emerging category of networking technology that allows organizations to connect highly distributed deployments to create a cohesive unit. Alkira’s EaaS uses automation to allow enterprises to easily scale their Extranet operations anywhere in the world, the company said.

Women In Data Centers Program Accepting Applications: STACK Infrastructure has announced that it is expanding its Women in Data Centers Program that enables the recruitment and career development of new and diverse talent in the data center industry. The Women in Data Centers Program offers a year-long, full-time, paid apprenticeship that targets candidates of all backgrounds with strong values, who do not have prior data center operations experience. They are currently open to applications.

Lightstorm Partners With Znet Technologies: Lightstorm has partnered with Indian cloud distributor ZNet Technologies to provide its Polarin network-as-a-service platform to cloud native businesses. Polarin provides scalable and agile cloud interconnectivity across hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure, internet exchanges, Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) and various SaaS applications such as Microsoft 365, the companies said.
