Jolera Acquires ITCenter to Expand AI Services

Jolera, a leading global technology solution provider, announced today that it acquired ITCenter, a European technology services company, to strengthen Jolera’s global presence and expand its portfolio of AI-powered services and solutions. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

With this acquisition, Jolera gains access to ITCenter's extensive expertise in the telecommunications and carrier sector, including their AI-driven software development team, the companies said, which complements Jolera's existing AI-driven services.
