The company, which has prominent backing from Microsoft, plans to sell 23 million shares priced between $28 and $31 per share, according to Reuters sources. That puts Rubrik’s valuation at $5.4 billion at the top end of the range. Rubrik's IPO plans come as that U.S.  market for IPOs is showing signs of thawing after a difficult 2023 and 2022.
