How are MSPs managing the adoption and integration of AI? A new report from Lansweeper offers some insights.
Lansweeper's new study,
AI Adoption in Managed Services, reveals how managed service providers (MSPs) are integrating artificial intelligence (AI) to drive innovation, efficiency, and revenue growth.
The report is based on a comprehensive survey of MSPs across North America and Europe, and looks at AI adoption trends, key challenges, and strategic approaches that MSPs are using to prepare for an AI-powered future.
A highlight: An impressive 90% of MSPs recognize AI as vital to their growth strategy, with 63.6% rating it as 'very important.' And despite AI being a strategic priority, only 41.5% of respondents reported AI integration levels above 25%, indicating that many MSPs are still in the early stages of adoption.
