That's a longwinded say of saying Microsoft and Adobe are countering Salesforce's cloud CRM platform. Also, Adobe is integrating more deeply with ServiceNow.

4. Free Data Protection: Veeam has upgrade its free backup technology for VMware, Hyper-V, physical and cloud services. The offering is now known as Veeam Backup & Replication Community Edition.
