Kaseya has its own PSA (professional services automation) platform that the company runs internally and sells to MSPs. But the company has also tapped into Krow, a third-party PSA provider, for at least one internal use case.Indeed, Kaseya's professional services group recently started leveraging Krow as a connector to Salesforce.com. The link supports Kaseya's customer onboarding process. The professional services team is "using it to push our data into Salesforce," a spokesperson for Kaseya says. The Kaseya relationship surfaced in Krow press release, which mentioned a range of companies that leverage Krow's most recent PSA software upgrade.Still, Kaseya leverages its own PSA platform -- called Business Management Solution -- for a range of other in-house uses, while also promoting BMS to MSPs. The company acquired BMS as part of the Vorex buyout, which was announced earlier this year.
