Vertosoft and Exclusive Networks Team Up to Expand U.S. Market Reach

Vertosoft and Exclusive Networks have formed a partnership to connect public sector and commercial markets through one coordinated distribution channel. Vertosoft will focus on federal, state, and local government contracts, while Exclusive Networks will handle commercial distribution. The goal is to give technology suppliers and partners an easier, faster way to expand across both markets.

The partnership brings together Vertosoft’s expertise in government contracting and compliance with Exclusive Networks’ strength in cybersecurity and commercial channel growth. By aligning their capabilities, the two companies remove many of the barriers that slow down market entry, creating a clear route to reach more customers without extra complexity.

Partners will benefit from joint programs covering everything from pre-sales support and training to implementation and ongoing account management. The partnership also includes shared professional services and access to Exclusive Networks’ CyberFarm program, which develops cybersecurity talent through university partnerships.
