TD SYNNEX expands IBM distribution across Europe, Asia and Latin America

TD SYNNEX is expanding its IBM distribution footprint into 20 additional countries across Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America, giving more partners access to IBM technologies and the distributor’s supporting services. The expansion extends an existing relationship between the companies and gives TD SYNNEX a broader role in helping partners take IBM offerings into new markets.

A key part of that push is Select Blue, a TD SYNNEX program developed with IBM that gives partners a more structured path around areas including AI, data and automation. The program combines specialization with support around sales and execution, with TD SYNNEX positioning it as a way for partners to build IBM practices and take consumption- and SaaS-based offerings to customers across more regions.

TD SYNNEX is bringing financing, pre-sales support, enablement and go-to-market resources into the expanded markets under a common framework. This makes it easier for partners operating across multiple countries to build around IBM without having to navigate a different distribution model in each market.

The expansion also reflects how distributors are taking on more of the work required to turn large vendor portfolios into repeatable channel businesses. As IBM pushes further into AI, automation and consumption-based technology, TD SYNNEX is building the distribution and enablement layer around those opportunities. For partners, the value will come down to how easily they can use that infrastructure to enter new markets, build services around IBM technologies and generate recurring business.
