She has several years of experience in IT software, hardware, and cloud solutions pre-sales, as well as business development and strategic partnerships. She is passionate about technology innovations encompassing AI, XaaS, security, compliance, collaboration and employee experience. She holds several certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft 365 CSP Sales Professional, MS 900 – M365 Fundamentals and the MCP Certification for Designing and Providing Microsoft Licensing Solutions to Large Organizations. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, giving back to the community, raising awareness about rescuing dogs, and expressing her creative side through singing. She also collaborates with musicians from around the world on an online music platform, further showcasing her passion for music and global connection.

Jessica C. Davis is editorial director of CyberRisk Alliance’s channel brands, MSSP Alert, MSSP Alert Live, and ChannelE2E. She has spent a career as a journalist and editor covering the intersection of business and technology including chips, software, the cloud, AI, and cybersecurity. She previously served as editor in chief of Channel Insider and later of MSP Mentor where she was one of the original editors running the MSP 501.

Jason Jones

Jason Jones has been with the Microsoft Corporation for over 20 years. As a Director within Microsoft Global Partner Solutions, Jason has worked with some of Microsoft’s largest channel partners in various partner leadership roles managing National System Integrator and Indirect Provider communities. Additionally, Jason served as the Director of Sales of Merisel Distribution and was a Vice President at an Atlanta based Global System Integrator. Jason is married to his wife Angela and has three amazing daughters. Jason is based out of the Microsoft Atlanta office.
