Kaseya Acquires TMT: What It Means for MSPs

Kaseya has officially acquired Technology Marketing Toolkit, the MSP-focused marketing and consulting firm founded by Robin Robins, according to Channel Futures. TMT is known for its peer groups, business coaching, and marketing programs tailored specifically for IT services companies. The deal is less about a product and more about deepening Kaseya’s reach into the MSP business enablement layer - sales, marketing, and leadership development.

Robin Robins isn’t exiting the stage. She’s shifting into a strategic advisory role where she’ll continue to shape go-to-market tools and training content for the combined community. Her work will now feed directly into Kaseya’s broader TruPeer ecosystem, effectively scaling the high-touch, relationship-driven support TMT built over decades.

Kaseya plans to bring TMT into the TruPeer fold to create what it calls the most comprehensive peer group and business growth platform in the channel. The vision is to give MSPs a single place to access coaching, marketing assets, and peer collaboration, alongside technical product support from Kaseya’s sprawling portfolio.

The move also tightens the race with ConnectWise, whose IT Nation community has long been a dominant force in the MSP world. By absorbing TMT, Kaseya now controls both the operational and business growth layers of the stack. For MSPs, this could mean more integrated support, but also more pressure to align with one ecosystem.
