CASE Acquires Ragnarok to Deepen Tech Capabilities

CASE has acquired Ragnarok Technologies, adding new technical depth to its federal and commercial services. Ragnarok brings experience in blockchain analysis, digital forensics, and cloud infrastructure -areas that align closely with CASE’s focus on complex software and cloud engineering challenges.

The move expands CASE’s footprint in the National Capital Region and adds three seasoned leaders to its executive team. Ragnarok’s co-founders, Thomas Dougherty, Ethan Grambow, and Chris Santiago, will take on senior roles within CASE, helping shape the company’s technical roadmap and delivery strategy.

This is the second acquisition CASE has made under AE Industrial’s ownership, following its 2024 purchase of CyberKinetics. With Ragnarok onboard, CASE is positioned to handle a broader range of client needs, especially those involving sensitive or emerging technologies.

For CASE’s customers, the acquisition signals continuity in mission focus with added depth in engineering and infrastructure. It’s a step toward building out the company’s long-term capabilities without straying from its core value proposition.
