Details: Ntiva acquired the commercial MSP and hosting business of Lore Systems Inc, a technology services firm that specializes in high level strategic consulting.
Buyer: NTT Communications
Details: Secure-24 is a 600-person MSP that specializes in managed application and database services for Microsoft, Oracle and SAP customer environments.
Buyer: NTT Communications
Acquisition: RagingWire Data Centers
Details: NTT, which already owned 80 percent of RagingWire Data Centers, acquired the remaining 20 percent of the company.

Acquisition: Sierra Systems Group Inc.
Details: NTT Data Services is acquiring IT services and consulting firm Sierra Systems Group Inc. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Acquisition: Network Medics
Details: Network Medics is a managed services provider (MSP) that supports customers across Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota.
Acquisition: Ultimate Technical Solutions (UTSI)
Details: NuMSP acquired six managed services providers (MSPs). The latest deal involved UTSI, an SMB IT services provider in New Orleans that serves the broader Louisiana market.
Buyer: Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union
Acquisition: DaLand Solutions
Details: DaLand Solutions, which specializes in providing technology and professional services to credit unions across the United States, was acquired by a Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union. The MSP will now operate as a wholly owned CUSO (Credit Union Service Organization) of Nutmeg. Rocky Hill, Connecticut-based Nutmeg State has 39,000 members and $450 million in assets.

Acquisition: ECS Federal LLC
Details: ECS Federal was one of the largest privately-held government services contractors in the U.S. On Assignment paid $775 million in cash.

Acquisition: Rizing LLC
Private Equity: One Equity Partners
Details: The middle market private equity firm acquired Rizing LLC, an SAP-focused provider of IT systems integration and implementation services.
Acquisition: Paradigm Computer Consulting
Private Equity: MSouth Equity Partners
Details: Onepath acquires Paradigm Computer Consulting. Gains more managed IT services & vertical market expertise in New England, Ohio & Florida.
Acquisition: TriNimbus Technologies
Details: DevOps specialist TriNimbus Technologies is based in Vancouver, Canada. The deal essentially united two Amazon Web Services (AWS) Premier Consulting Partners.
Buyer: Operational Technology Operations (OTI)
Details: The deal blurs the lines between commercial building management, the industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and traditional managed IT services.
Buyer: Orange Business Services
Details: Basefarm is an MSP and cloud services expert that was named Northern Europe Service Provider of the Year by Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Orange paid 350 million euros — or roughly US$408 million — for Basefarm, which also boasts big data and artificial intelligence (AI) expertise.
Buyer: OwnersEdge Inc.
Acquisition: QComp Techologies
Details: QComp Technologies, a robotic systems integrator, was acquired by OwnersEdge Inc., an ESOP holding company.
Buyer: Pamlico Capital
Details: Silverline, a Salesforce platinum cloud consulting partner, received a private equity investment from Pamlico Capital. Although dollar figures were not disclosed, Silverline says the investment will allow the consulting firm to continue developing solutions across the Salesforce Platform — particularly the vertically-focused Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Salesforce Health Cloud.
Acquisition: Exigent Networks, Irish Telecom and Netforce
Details: Three MSPs and network service providers — Exigent Networks, Irish Telecom and Netforce — completed a multi-year journey and merged under a new corporate brand called Paradyn. The combined company has 40 employees who offer managed IT, security, network and business connectivity services to 30,000 users across 300 businesses and public sector organizations.
Buyer: PCM Technology Solutions UK
Acquisition: Provista UK
Details: PCM acquired Cisco, Avaya & Huawei partner Provista for UK push across networking, security, hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI), cloud services & more.
Buyer: Peach Technologies
Acquisition: Taylor Made Computer Solutions (TMCS)
Details: The deal created one of the United Kingdom’s largest independent managed IT services providers (MSPs).The combined firms have roughly 200 employees, more than 1,000 customers; and annual sales of about US$25.6 million (or about £20m).
Details: Elixiter is a Marketo partner and marketing consultancy with about $6 million in annual revenue.
Acquisition: Southport Services Group
Details: The acquired business is a MicroStrategy partner, $17 million IT consulting firm, and business intelligence specialist with 100 employees.
