Details: The two companies merged to create a nationwide provider of cloud, data intelligence, security, DevOps, and enterprise IT solutions. Trace3 parent and private equity firm H.I.G. Capital (a very active MSP- and IT services investor) funded the deal.
Details: Dutch independent hosting provider TransIP acquired IT-Ernity, which provides business-critical managed services and shared hosting for small to midsize enterprises in the Netherlands. The seller was private equity firm VSS.

Details: Irish IT services provider Triangle has acquired Kerna Communications, a local cybersecurity, networking, and managed services provider (MSP).
Buyer: Trilogy Technologies Group
Acquisition: Zinopy Security
Details: Trilogy Technologies Group acquired IT cybersecurity and workspace virtualization solutions provider Zinopy Security. The combined company has 100 employees, annual revenue of roughly €20 million (US$23.4 million); and offices in Dublin, Ireland and London.
Acquisition: Netrix IT of Fargo
Details: TrueIT’ was attracted to Netrix’s specific expertise and attention to the education market, according to CEO Zac Paulson.

Details: Trustpoint.One, an eDiscovery and legal solutions provider, has acquired Kelly Legal Managed Services (KLMS) for an undisclosed sum. This is Trustpoint’s third acquisition in recent weeks, having already bought Alderson Court Reporting and Confluent Translations.

Details: Uniserve, backed by $4.5 million in financing, acquired “certain assets” of RootCellar Technologies Corp. for $2 million. Uniserve (Vancouver, British Columbia) says the deal will help it drive revenues while strengthening partner alliances across Canada.

Details: Solinea is an IT services provider that specializes in cloud adoption, application migration, container and DevOps services.

Acquisition: Cedar Consulting
Details: Irish IT firm Version 1 has acquired Oracle cloud services partner and London HR Transformation specialist Cedar Consulting Ltd., marking Version 1’s sixth buyout of a UK business.
Acquisition: Xceed Group
Details: The acquired business is a nearly $19 million IT consulting firm focused on the financial services vertical. The company has roughly 60 employees, mainly in London though some are in New York. Overall, Wavestone has roughly 2,600 employees across four continents.

Details: West Street is a private equity investment arm of Goldman Sachs. Restaurant Technologies is an MSP focused on commercial kitchen automation systems.

Details: Whoa specializes in security, compliance, cloud and enterprise solutions for customers. Platinum Systems provides on-site and remote IT support, along with cloud backup services.

Details: Whoa specializes in security, compliance, cloud and enterprise solutions for customers. Hipskind TSG is an IT solutions provider with operations in the Midwest.
Details: Windstream acquired MassComm, a CLEC & Inc. 5000 company that offers voice, data, risk management, SD-WAN, managed security & network monitoring services.
