Details: SHEA Solutions has acquired TGO Consulting, a Microsoft Dynamics consulting partner in Markham, Ontario, Canada. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Details: CirrusOne is a Salesforce and Oracle partner that offers consulting services for CPQ (configure, price, quote) and quote-to-cash solutions. Simplus, founded in 2014 and headquartered in Salt Lake City, has acquired five consulting firms since late 2016, the company says.

CNS Group, founded in 1999, has approximately 50 employees and generates roughly US$8 million in annual revenues.
