Krow Upgrades PSA Software on Salesforce Cloud

Krow Software, which positions itself as PSA for Salesforce.com, is preparing to deliver a platform upgrade in June, the company has confirmed. While channel-friendly companies like Autotask and ConnectWise focus heavily on IT service providers and MSPs, Krow has a broader focus -- with a heavy emphasis on project management across verticals.

The latest Krow PSA release will enable customers to:

  • Visualize Project Performance in real-time with embedded analytics to better understand the profitability of every project without the need to generate a static reports or dashboards, the company claims.
  • Manage Complex Billing & Invoicing with the addition of configurable billing rules, automating project billing events including fixed fee, time & expense, milestone, installment and recurring billing types, Krow adds.
  • Provide Branded Customer Communities to clients, providing end-customers with real-time access and visibility to their projects, time & expense, vendor invoicing, real-time collaboration, and more, Krow claims.
  • Leverage pre-built connectors to Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Zendesk, Slack, and more.

Krow did not disclose pricing in the release announcement, but the current platform costs $25 per user per month (billed annually).

CEO David Vanheukelom launched Krow in 2014. He previously was GM of HCM products at FinancialForce, which claims to be the fastest-growing provider of cloud PSA. ChannelE2E doesn't know if or how Krow has been funded to date.
