6. Remote Support: TeamViewer has upgraded its offering for the MobileIron platform. Specifically, a new version of the [email protected] for iOS powered by TeamViewer is now available, which allows administrators to remotely view their customers’ iOS devices.
5. IPO – PagerDuty: The incident management software provider is pursuing a $100 million initial public offering, according to an SEC filing. PagerDuty’s revenue was $84 million for the nine months ended October 31, up from $47.9 million in the corresponding period the previous year. The company’s net loss was $34.5 million, up from a $28.8 million net loss in the same nine-month period the year earlier. Key rivals include Atlassian (which owns OpsGenie) and Splunk (which owns VictorOps).
4. M&A – Private Equity and Linux: EQT, a private equity firm, has completed its buyout of SUSE from Micro Focus.
