Presidio Managed Services is looking for a CTO/GM for our Managed Cyber Security & Cyber Services & Solutions Portfolio.

The Managed Cyber Security Services & Solutions CTO/GM will be the primary executive responsible for managing, growing, and improving the Managed Cyber Security & Cyber Services offerings at Presidio. Acting as a leader, team member, and executive, you will be responsible for everything this growth focused P&L delivers.

As the Managed Cyber Security portfolio leader, you get to work as a leader with smart, experienced, and entrepreneurial product management marketing and operations teams. You will drive the roadmap by analyzing and integrating external market needs, and both current and future customer needs & specifications. You will build business plans for new offerings; suggest new services/features, justify product directions and specifications, and work with product marketing managers, solutions architects, and engineers to build sales training collateral to support sales campaigns. On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with sales and engineers to help drive product strategy, execution and feature roll-out. You will own the P&L for the service line you manage.

 Job Requirements

Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget. As a member of the product development leadership team, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of Cyber and Security specialization. The successful candidate will be a leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to other. The successful candidate must be able to write a multi -year business plan and create go to market strategies and measureable performance goals. The VP will be responsible for building and managing a team and have experience negotiating and managing delivery of security. Experience in managing on and off shore delivery is ideal. Experience with risk management and compliance is a plus!


  • Product lifecycle management – Work with the engineering, solutions and sales to design, develop, implement, launch and support new services and enhancements to existing services
  • Develop and execute plans to increase service revenues through new features/offerings
  • Understand market conditions and translate them into product requirements
  • Work closely with product teams in tracking product features
  • Provide internal and external stakeholders, including executives, with the appropriate updates on progress, vision, product roadmap, etc.
  • Communication and training of support, sales and marketing on product capabilities and positioning


  • BS or MS degree or equivalent experience or relevant to a functional area. 7+ years of product management, engineering, sales support, or related experience.
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • MBA is helpful
  • Some experience with data modeling and analysis.
  • A good understanding of the Managed Services and Cloud market space
