Security Demand Generation Marketing Manager

The Security Demand Generation Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Director of Demand Generation and be responsible for delivering traffic, leads and marketing-driven pipeline in close partnership with sales, product marketing, and product management. This person will have direct experience with the latest marketing technologies and approaches. S/he will have demonstrated campaign success, from conception, to pipeline impact, to closed business. They will be able to clearly analyze the effectiveness of various demand generation activities and directly execute on the most effective strategies to grow Continuum Security.


  • Implement leading-edge marketing technologies and demand generation programs
  • Work in the high-growth area of cyber security and be able to keep up to date on issues and trends within cyber security
  • Develop and execute multi-faceted, multi-touch, integrated global campaigns
  • Grow the pipeline for Continuum Security and support pipeline conversion globally
  • Establish goals and KPIs for all demand generation programs based on historical or projected results, and tie back actual performance and pipeline growth
  • Working with Marketing Ops and Sales Ops, have the lead on the demand generation team for the framework for reporting and tracking of campaigns.
  • Influence Continuum’s presence at security-focused conferences and field marketing events
  • Work collaboratively with product marketing and product management to drive the production of engaging content to feed nurture and lead generation programs
  • Collaborate with Continuum’s extended field marketing teams to develop and implement campaigns to generate new leads and move existing pipeline
  • Work closely with Continuum’s social, product marketing teams to integrate into the appropriate plans
  • Be a strong partner with Sales to collaborate to propel leads into and through the lead funnel.
  • Offer innovative ideas to add value to campaigns that standout in the marketplace
  • Must be able to travel up to 25%


  • 7+ years of demonstrated success in owning, leading and managing demand generation programs in B2B organizations
  • Experience working with marketing analytics and automation tools (such as, Hubspot or Marketo)
  • Demonstrated expertise in retargeting, email marketing, landing page optimization, and website analytics
  • Demonstrated expertise in direct marketing tactics, including email, webinars, sponsorships, trade shows, mobile and use of third-party data sources
  • Excellent, proven balance of strategy and flawless execution
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a larger marketing organization and across sales and product leadership
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Ability to demonstrate prior deliverables and results
  • Ability to operate as a self-starter and at a fast pace
  • Desire to take direct ownership of business results
