Trilogy Technologies Group has acquired IT cybersecurity and workspace virtualization solutions provider Zinopy Security. The combined company has 100 employees, annual revenue of roughly €20 million (US$23.4 million); and offices in Dublin, Ireland and London.
Trilogy’s expanded services portfolio now spans virtualization and cloud computing; IT security and risk management; mobility; and professional, managed and consulting services.
Both companies have previous M&A experience.
Zinopy was formed in 2010 through a management buyout, and also acquired a business in 2012.
Trilogy was founded in 2009 and acquired a London business in 2014.
