Ricardo Madan, vice president of technology products and services at TEKsystems Global Services, commented on the deal:

“With the common purpose of cloud-enabling our customers’ long-term success, along with a deeply shared culture and set of core values, we could not be more excited that 1Strategy is joining our team. Combining 1Strategy’s born-in-the-cloud model with our global scale and capacity, we offer our customers a new AWS experience, particularly when compared to legacy consulting and systems-integrator alternatives.”

Rich Uhl, founder and CFO at 1Strategy, added

“1Strategy is here to stay and, as part of the TEKsystems Global Services family, more customers can experience the benefits of our superpowers. We will continue to serve existing 1Strategy customers while being supported in growth by TEKsystems.”

It appears as though 1Strategy will continue operating under its own name, as part of the TEKsystems Global Services family.
