Ntiva Buys DTS, Marking Six MSP Acquisitions In Three Years
DTS provides cloud services for hosted data, voice, and business IT solutions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. DTS itself was part of a merger in 2016, when the company combined with Voitual in order to bolster its hosted voice expertise.
The acquisition expands Ntiva’s reach to include New York City, Long Island, and Southern Florida. This is the company’s sixth overall buyout since late 2017.
Ntiva was founded in 2004. Ahead of this deal it had roughly 130 employees serving approximately 600 customers. This acquisition will increase Ntiva’s client base to over 700 organizations located across the United States. The company’s key partners include Dell, Microsoft, Cisco, Datto, and Google.
