NetAccess Systems Acquires Business Continuity IT Consulting Firm
NetAccess, founded in 1993, specializes in professional IT services, connectivity, digital phone, hosting and security. The company has roughly 25 employees. Key partners include Motorola and Bell.
Network Partners, meanwhile, is a backup and business continuity specialist. President Richard Mash has joined NetAccess as manager of professional services.
NetAccess, led by CEO Dan Nedoborski, is an M&A veteran.The company acquired Clear Advantage Solutions in 2009 to provide digital phone systems and fiber-grade Motorola broadband wireless services.
This is the latest in a growing list of IT service provider acquisitions across Canada. Deals inked across Canada in January 2017 included:
- Apogee IT Services acquired DSM Computing Solutions
- Datavail acquired Navantis
- Bulletproof Solutions and SLI Global Solutions LLC merged their IT services divisions
