The acquisition expands the reach of Net at Work’s Sage practices and deepens its digital solutions portfolio, the companies said. Innovation ERP’s team will join Net at Work.

Sage Partner M&A
M&A activity in the Sage Software partner ecosystem remains steady. In September 2021, accounting firm Baker Tilly acquired AcctTwo Shared Services, an MSP and VAR focused on Sage Intacct financial software. In May 2022, Aktion Associates, Inc. acquired United Solutions, a Massachusetts-based Sage CRE software reseller.
